Hi, I’m Tia Graham and I am so excited for you to join The Joyful Working Mom Event! I am a best-selling author, keynote and viral TED speaker, and Founder of The Calm Working Moms Collective and Arrive At Happy. I have been working with so many working moms and realize the relevant external and internal challenges that they face. I am thrilled to create this event to talk about why so many working moms don't feel good enough and how to change that. With having one of my children with a disability, it has made the importance of supportive beliefs, mindset, and actions even more important.
I have certifications in applied neuroscience, positive psychology, coaching, and am a Certified Chief Happiness Officer. Pretty cool title, right? I led sales teams for 14-years in luxury hotels in the US and Europe. My husband and I have two elementary-aged daughters, and I struggled with feeling not good enough as a mom for a decade. The new experience of being a working mom led me to study the science of happiness and teach others how to be happier. To decrease my triggers and increase my well-being, I have been on a transformational healing journey. Healing allowed me to move from anxious and self-critical to self-compassionate, connected, and FULL of self-love. My research and experience prove that it is possible to overcome the challenges of balancing your career and motherhood and find a path to inner peace and happiness.
